Birds Singing

Birds are singing outside so loudly this morning that I closed my son’s window so they wouldn’t wake him.

I was taking pictures of my son’s lacrosse game. The players were well lit up from the side; I was getting a lot of good action shots. Then the sun went behind some clouds as it was descending. I pointed my camera toward the west and shot some pictures. Back at my computer, I began to appreciate the level of texture that is revealed by the camera.

Frederick is beautiful in the spring. Many trees with flowers. The buildings lit up from the side by light at sunset or dawn.

On a beautifully peaceful day in Frederick, Maryland, strolling in Baker Park, came across this tree devoted to peace. Loved today. The day seemed long too, which combined nicely with its depth of conversation and emotion.
