My name is Kenneth John Morrill.
This is my notebook.
I will write in it.
I will date each entry I make in it.
The topics will vary as will the style.
Everything and anything I want to write, I will write in this notebook.
What I write may not be right, but I will try to make it so.
There will probably be no apparent order to this notebook.
I will be writing to myself, but there is the possibility that someone may read the contents.
I must never feel that I can’t write something down because this notebook is not intended to hold me back but is designed to let me flow.
Awareness. Aware, adj. cognizant or conscious (of); informed: aware of the danger.
Awareness is important. I want to be aware of the universe, the spiritual realm, and myself. Being careful and precise has a lot to do with being aware. Having a clear head is necessary for me to experience awareness.
